These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between “Про Уебсайт” ЕООД (Pro Website Ltd.), hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, and the users of the services provided through imprya.com, hereinafter referred to as “Clients”.

3. SERVICES

The Provider offers 3D printing (SLA/FDM), laser engraving, cutting, and prototyping services. Detailed specifications and materials are agreed individually for each project.

4. ORDERS & PRICING

Orders are placed via the contact form or direct communication. Each price is individual and depends on complexity, material, and production time. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the offer.

5. RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

The Client is responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary intellectual property rights for the files provided for printing/engraving. The Provider reserves the right to refuse any order that violates the law or public morals.

6. DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE

Finished products are delivered by courier at the Client’s expense or handed over in person. The production timeframe is indicative and starts after the order is confirmed and all necessary files are received.

7. COMPLAINTS

Due to the nature of the services (custom production to individual specification), products are not subject to returns, except in cases of obvious defects attributable to the Provider and reported upon receipt.

8. CHANGES

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be available on the website.
